The demo, as a story
Hendrik owns Stal de Vries and brings his daughter Lotte, a young rider. He buys tickets, hosts a VIP table in Paris, and streams every Grand Prix on GCTV. Today that story is spread across ticketing, the streaming platform and a spreadsheet. Here it’s a single screen.
“Everything Global Champions knows about Hendrik — in one place.”
Open HendrikOpen Stal de VriesThe morning after Paris, marketing wants everyone who watched the Grand Prix broadcast — to send the highlight reel and an early-bird offer. No export, no waiting on the streaming team.
“Open the programme, or the saved audience — Émilie, Hendrik, Lotte and Tom.”
Open ‘Paris – Grand Prix Live’Open list: Watched – Paris GPHospitality wants to thank the table hosts and re-book them, and invite their guests back in their own right — two messages, one reservation.
“Host and guests are labelled on the reservation, so follow-up gets personal.”
Open Paris VIP tableOpen Paris eventOpen list: VIP guests – ParisCommercial wants the stable owners who came to three or more events this season — exactly the people to talk to about premium packages. Hendrik is top of the list.
“The segment Dennis asked for, built and live — Hendrik de Vries.”
Open list: Stable owners – 3+ eventsMarcus bought a table in Paris and Madrid but never checked in — nobody greeted a paying guest. Émilie streams every event on Premium yet has never bought a ticket. Both were invisible before; one a retention risk, one a first-ticket opportunity.
“The gaps between what people pay for, attend and watch — finally visible.”
Open Marcus (no-show)Open Émilie (superfan)Combine watching, attendance and role into ready-to-use segments — “watched but never subscribed”, “subscribes but never comes live”, “VIP buyer who’s also a superfan”. Each one is a message waiting to be sent, and each is already built.
“Behaviour becomes audiences, without a data team.”
Viewer, not subscriberSubscriber, no live visitVIP buyer + streamerA heatwave hits the Paris weekend. One audience of VIP hosts, one of riders, one of streaming fans — three tailored messages, sent from the same data in minutes.
“Same event, three relevant messages — not one generic blast.”
